I mean such GTK apps like ario (MPD client) and StarDict. Their icons are not visible in the system tray, but listed in tray's config dialig (Hiding).

It seems like 4.4 has many incompatibilities wrt configurations. I have renamed ~/.kde and reconfigured the whole DE. System tray works fine now.Comment

To eliminate the problem I have renamed ~/.kde. Of course, I was forced to configure the DEagain, (also copying few files from old ~/.kde to the new one for some apps).Comment
