Obviously this is for Kubuntu or KDE users only, as this combination in Ubuntu/Gnome runs perfectly. If you are 32bit and this combination locks or halts Chrome then please share that.

I stumbled upon this combination trying to get Apple trailers and such to play in my browsers.

If you can play this embedded video, which browser/plugin combination do you have? I can play the video embedded but only with gecko-mediaplayer, which pulls in gmplayer as well, installed. No other plugin will allow the video to play.

I just installed gecko-mediaplayer and indeed it plays Apple trailers, no problem with Chrome though.

your link plays fine for me with firefox-3.5.7 and Totem Browser Plugin 2.28.2--Browser Plugin using GStreamer 0.10.25
as well as apple tralers

I had bad luck with Chrome as it dident want to do mutch of eneything ...........tabs would lock it flash would lock it bla bla .........I just uninstalled it.
