External hard drive has been renamed...?

I have a drive mounted at /media/Incoming. All of a sudden it has been renamed to Incoming-1. I haven't done this so does anyone know what might have caused this?

Did you mount the drive or was it automatically mounted on boot?

If you mounted it what was the command that you used?

It is mounted on boot. Or rather automounted when I access it through Dolphin.
