What happened to krunner (ALT-F2)?

Since re-installing my Karmic system, I am incapable of getting Alt-F2 to bring up the run window. I have disabled desktop effects and that has no effect.

Also, apt-cache search does not find anything like krunner or krun.

What to do?

Here's a guess -- try restarting plasma, using the Konsole

I've had the same thing happen at random for no apparent reason, the fix for me was to go into system settings and change the keybinding to F2 on it's own, so far it hasn't let me down even with Compiz running.
