Anyone have an idea as to why TB v3.0 is still not in the official repos?

can only think of 2 things.
1. it has not be packaged for ubuntu yet , or approved...
2. it will not be an "offical" package for karmic , instead it will be included w/ lucid.
those are my thoughts (i didn't check the lucid release plans to see if it was noted).
