kontact database backup

Does anyone know where I can find the database files for Kontact, assuming I'm (finally!) using the Akonadi database? I haven't a clue where to look, and there's zero information provided with the program, or via Google.

Hi

In mine they are in the guise of .vcf files in /home/.kde/share/apps/kabc - that's the contact database. Organizer files in /home/.kde/share/apps/korganizer
