How to install Wine properly in Kubuntu 9.10?

I am fairly new to Kubuntu 9.10 and I would like to know how to install wine correctly? I would be greatly greatful for the help. Thanks in advance.

Either

1) Search for wine in KPackageKit and install it

Or

2) Open a konsole

sudo apt-get install wine

There is a bug in the install.

Right click the K menu
Select Menu editor
Navigate to Wine > Browse C:\ Drive
Change the command to xdg-open $HOME/.wine/dosdevices/c:
Save

Add this line to Sources using Adept or Kpackagekit

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu

Using Konsole

sudo apt-get update

apt-get install wine
