the rules in /usr/share/polkit-1/org.freedekstop.devicekit.disks.policy not working

ex.

but I don't need insert the admin passwords...

I don't have anything like that in /usr/share/polkit-1.

What do you want to do with the pendrive?

dibl@ the path obviously should be /usr/share/polkit-1/actions. There I have policy files.
I wonder why mdm needs so complicated approach, too.
