KDM theme (login)

/usr/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes/


KDE splash

For all users (If you install splash through the package management - .deb package)
/usr/share/kde4/apps/ksplash/Themes/

For a user (If you install splash with the System Settings > Applearance > Splash Screen ...)
~/.kde/share/apps/ksplash/Themes/
