    SOLVED: Disable krandrtray?

    I finally got dual monitors working using this nice howto. But in the process of working through it I tried the krandrtray applet (which doesn't work for me). Now it auto launches whenever I start up and messes up my screens. How do you disable/remove the krandrtray applet?
    Dont pretend you havent noticed my cardboard box, Julia, because I know you have!

      Doesn't stop it launching next time I log in though...I'd like to disable it completely, not just have it launch, screw everything up, quit it and then reset my displays, which is what I'm doing now.
      Anyone know how to get rid of it?

        What setting do you have in

        K -> System Settings -> Advanced -> Session Manager

        Assuming "Restore previous session" is selected, KDE should only restart the programs that were running when you log out

          Restore previous session
          I also tried Start with empty session and krandrtray still launches.

          EDIT: Tried Restore manually saved session. No krandrtray on startup. Excellent.
