Any suggestions for a tree like notes app?

I have been looking for a linked tree style notes app but haven't found anything yet. Basket hasn't been ported to kde4 and was probably more complex than I was looking for. Perhaps something like Zim on gnome or treepad or tree notes on windows. I could use Sementik at a pinch but it isn't really what I am after.

    Any suggestions?

    thanks

Try KJots. That's what I use. It's in the repositories and it's native KDE.

Thanks for that, it looks like what I want. I can't see anyway of selecting where to save its files to though?

I'm not sure that there is a way to change where the books are stored. You might try digging through the ~/.kde config files to see if it's specified in one of them.

I should mentioned that I've seen information after kjots switching to akonadi soon, which should give you that capability.

          Code:
          ~/.kde/share/apps/kjots
This is the location for the kjots files. There are no real files to save with kjots, it autosaves the 'books'. Additionally, kjots is available through kontact.
