(Solved) Top Screen not occupied when windows are maximized

Hi There,

I am not sure what's wrong after I applied suggested bug fixes online today and the screen is not fully occupied after the update.

As you can see from the attached screen capture, all my windows are maximized but they did not occupy the top part of the screen. When the windows are not maximized, I can move the window to the top area without any problem. It only happened when the window is maximized.

What could be wrong?

I try to check what ever screen or display settings that I know but seems no unusual thing.

Please kindly help if you can and thank you in advanced.

I had a similar problem when I had an additional panel at the top of the screen on a different virtual desktop.

Thanks. That's a hint. I removed the panel and it looks good now.
