Please do not use the CODE tag when pasting content that contains formatting (colored, bold, underline, italic, etc).
The CODE tag displays all content as plain text, including the formatting tags, making it difficult to read.
I have set the system to switch the display off in my kubuntu 9.10 4.3.3. Whenever the system is made active again by pressing key or moving mouse the system prompts for password. Any way to disable this?
I have not tried it to confirm, but it appears that you can go System Settings > Advanced > Power Management > General Settings and un-check the "Lock Screen on Resume" item. That sounds like it should do what you want.
