adobe flash pluging error

Hi, every time i try to install the abobe flash plugin I have error. Thus if I looking for sw update I have this error:

What utility or way do you use to install it, for example synaptic or Kpackagekit or straight from the terminal with apt-get?

hi, I downloaded the debian package from adobe site
