Apologies for asking what is probably a stupid question, but I don't know the name of the program and did a search for "desktop container" and couldn't find it in the search results ... so ...
I'm talking about the transparent desktop folder that appears on the desktop in "Desktop" mode as opposed to "folder view" in the "Desktop Activity" section of the Plasma Workspace configuration ... it isn't appearing any more. I've tried a restart but it looks like it has gone for good.
This happened before and I had to delete plasma configuration files, but I don't want to start doing that and having to re-configure again ... sledgehammer to crack a nut ... repeatedly ... so if anyone knows the surgical knife for this issue, I'd be grateful.
