constant notification !

For about 12 hours now I have had a supposed job running in my notification thingy, I have no idea what it is, or what its doing or why it wont stop!! any help would be appreciated!!! Its quite annoying, can some one tell me where I can see what it is and if and how to kill it if possible!

if you click it dont you get a box with info??

you should get a box when you click the notification thingy and most of the time thar will be little buttons to pawse or stop the job.

and you can all wase press ctrl>esc and get the prosses tabel ....highlighting eney of the items and klicking the kill button will stop that prosses.......but be carfull MOST of the stuff on the list is requierd for your box to work rite.
