[FIXED in KDE4.4] disable mouse wheel to change desktop

Hello,

A simple question (I hope): where do you disable changing desktop when using the mouse wheel button?
I looked everywhere I could think but couldn't find where this is configured.

I haven't found a way to disable it in KDE4.3. It's definitely configurable (along with other mouse actions on desktop) in the upcoming KDE4.4 (the first beta is due for release on December 1st).
