[Solved] No config bar (top bar) in system settings after update to kde4.3.2

[Fintan]

Todays update stole my config bar and the normal/advanced tabs in sub sections (like desktop) at the top of system settings.

Anyone else seeing this?

No but when I click the regional settings icon nothing happens, do I double click the whole thing crashes.
Other parts seem to be working.

I still have my config bar and tabs.

I also have a problem with the regional settings. Even a single click crashes the control panel. The other settings seem to work, however.

Likewise, on both accounts...config bar and tabs working, regional settings crash.

After today's update the regional settings are accessible again.

Does renaming/removing ~/.kde/share/config/systemsettingsrc help?

YEp. Thank you. I don't know why it was changed. I didn't change settings but hope it stays
