    How to install 9.10

I have an old Comapq Deskpro PIII that I want to install Kubuntu 9.10 on. Unfortunately, it can't boot from the CDROM. Is there any other way to install? I have Windows XP on it, but I don't want to use wubi. Is there any way to install from Windows using an ISO file of 9.10?
    Thanks.

Unless the CDROM is defective, or you have a bad burn of the LiveCD, then you need to access the PC BIOS and ensure that the boot device order shows the CDROM first.
