Instead install 9.10 I have console

On Friday I have received nice blue disk with distrib from Canonlcal.
But my pleasure was not long.
After start of installation from this disk, I get in the console.
If I try to load Live CD I get the same kind of thing.
My attempts to install 9.10 from downloading distrib also do not have successful.
Earlier I installed on this PC v. 8.04 then 9.10b
And everything was good
Help...

YES!!! "F4" - and all right. Really, after start of process in a safe mode, I succeeded at the my this try.
