Can not upgrade from Kubuntu 9.10 development version

Hi there

I am trying to upgrade from Kubuntu 9.10 Development version to the new released Stable version

The update notifier has not appeared
I have tried to run the command: update-notifier-kde -u
But I get the message: No new upgrade available

The I downloaded the ISO and burned it on a CD an ran the kdesudo "/media/cdrom/cdromupgrade" command, but nothing happens.

Any ideas, anyone?

I can offer an idea here. Before the Karmic threads were moved from a developmental section in these forums to this brand new official release section, there was a thread in which one of the sages said that updated RC developmental versions will not get upgraded, because they're already fully current. So, I'd say you're not getting an upgrade because there truly IS nothing to upgrade. You're fine, as is.
