Alternate cd: Installed fine without any software. I login to cli. I want to get KDE back aboard. Would you tell me how to do it? Thank You

As this is an alpha so there will be "occasional, even frequent, breakages..."
Something to try:
Log in at the text mode and give a command:
Code:startx
Code:xinit /usr/bin/startkde

I tried the startx before I posted and it didn't work. I did a * install kde-desktop and it sucked it all off the cd. Running like a champ now, Thanx for replying!Being able to access the internet whilst answering a call of nature was 'one of life's most liberating experiences.' Vic Hayes
