Keyboard and mouse

Hi,

I new in Kubuntu enviroment, but not new in Linux's world.
I had install Kubuntu and almost things that I need.
Today I was trying to install Network Manager.
APT didn't find your packages.
I try to install manually and resolve all dependencies...
I install expat, dbus-1, pkg-config, and other ones.
When I resolve some dependencies something appears wrong with my mouse and I reoot it.
When I reboot keyboar and mouse stop to work.
The OS intializes but didn't recognizes keyboard and mouse.
Some ideas about this problem?

If this is a fresh/new install, then I'd strongly suggest that you just reinstall again, so that you have a 'clean' starting point. Dealing with your network connection issue can be dealt with afterwards.
