Cannot Install Via Chrome9HC (VN896)

I can't install Via Chrome9HC Driver on my laptop. It using VN896 chipset.
I downloaded the driver from here http://www.viaarena.com/Driver/via-x...-50283_src.tgz

but the archive only contain source code and i don't know what to do with it.

Can anyone help me?

You're on 9.10 Karmic, and the following was for 7.10, but it might still lead you to a solution.

Uninstall via driver/install openchrome driver
