Where are the sound controls?

This might seem a pretty basic question, but i can`t find the answer.
If I want the system to play a sound for opening and closing windows etc.. where do i look?
Ive scrolled through system settings and can`t find it.
Could anyone please help.

System Settings > Notifications > System Notifications > Event source: The KDE Window Manager
