Amarok playing ogg file on hard disk has sound but has no sound playing cd

Amarok playing an ogg file on hard disk has sound but has no sound playing the same file on cd.
Amarok 2.2.0 cannot play an ogg file on a cd. i.e. no sound/audio.
However, copying the file to hard disk then Amarok can play it. i.e. sound/audio is ok.
KDE 4.3.2, Kubuntu 9.10.

kaffeine can play the CD successfully.
Problem is solved.
