Xsane (scanner) Not Working In Karmic- Brother Printers.

I have a brother printer and could not get the scanner to work een after installing xsane. I followed the instructions from Brother website http://solutions.brother.com/linux/e...n1c.html#u9.10 and it's now working. There is a thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.p...rother+printer) in ubuntu forums suggesting a solution with epson printers.

Sorry, just realised this is jaunty/hardware, can one of the forum mods please move this to karmic/hardware. thanks.

This is now in Karamic hardware. Try reading the X sane help file.
