i have an acer extensa 5420 with a built in webcam can i get this to work with kubuntu 64 bit 9.10

i have the same problem with Acer extenza 5620z Acer Crystal Eye Webcam PS you might want to make the title "Acer Crystal Eye Webcam"

Ya sorry I got it working any way i just needed to download Xawtv I was using wrong app

I found that when I installed cheese the web camera problems went away when I ran Ekiga or Skype. Something which cheese added allowed the other tools to see and use the webcam.
