[Solved] Classic Menu opens two windows when an app is clicked on

Hi people !!
Could not find this issue already posted so...

Has anyone experienced the KDE Classic Menu launching
two windows of the app that you click on ?

I am running

itisi@incognito:~$ kde4-menu --version
Qt: 4.5.0
KDE: 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2)
kde-menu: 1.0
itisi@incognito:~$

Could not find any bugs posted for it too, but I did find these

Also my Leave menu in KDE Classic Menu is empty too.
and I have all the latest updates installed, so any ides on how to remedy this ?

Any one willing to post a bug / RFE with KDE for this ??
I don't have a Launchpad ID yet, so !!

Well, I recently had a chance to try the Classic menu on Karmic
and seems it works fine.

So will wait for my hardware upgrade to happen so I can move to Lucid
