My 9.04 resizes the window to 1024x768 every time I boot up. No idea why. I got around this problem by opening kranrtray, which resizes it to the right screen size every time I booted up. Job done.
But recently I was playing Alien Arena when my os froze. It amazed me because no Linux based os has ever done that to me before. So I restarted the computer (no key combination seemed to get me back to KDE). When I got back to my desktop, it seems that not only are Krandrtray and Kmix missing from my taskbar, but when I look in my system monitor it appears that they are working quite happily. I just seem to be unable to access them.
Anyone have any ideas what this could be? I've tried searching and googling, but don't seem to be able to find any answer.
