You are posting under the Kubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope. With the Kubuntu 9.04 there are two options with the KDE 4. You could use the KDE 4.2 or KDE 4.3.
If you mean, as Rog131 posted, the K Menu button (see image below), then:
Right-click on K Menu button > Application Launcher Settings and then click on the displayed icon itself.
