    Kontact and MS Exchange

I'm trying to find out if there's any way to get my Konact calendar to synchronise with the MS Exchange server at work.

Googling is proving a little tricky, as all of the information about OpenChange and Akonadi seems to be very old (the most recent stuff I can find is dated June or July of this year, and majority of the hits are from January or earlier). On the OpenChange website it says there will be an Akonadi resource for it with KDE 4.2, so at 4.3.2 I'm thinking there's a working version out there that I'm missing.

Can anyone point me to either an up-to-date status or (even better!) tell me how to setup OpenChange with Kontact?

    Thanks.

It looks like from this that things just aren't ready yet.

Also, I think OpenChange may be for mail only, and any hope of getting the calendar synchronised will need to come from somewhere else.

    Ah well.

Nope, OpenChange sync's the calendar as well, at least it does for Evolution. I do not think it can search the contact database yet, but I'd imagine that will come as well. OpenChange is going to be a full implementation of the Exchange API, so clients that implement the client side will be no different then Outlook and server implementations will not be noticeably different from an actual Exchange server.
