Cannot install/upgrade this package... and the system report does not work... It gives a message that the package is not supported by ubuntu. How do I fix this issue?

how are you trying to install it and on what? (your post shows the 4.3.2 ver.)......9.04 JJ 9.10 KK kde4.2.2 kde4.3.1 what?

this is a KDE 4.3.2 package and showes in synaptic for me .......but im runing KDE 4.3.2 in 9.10
