Packages needed to compile kde3 app on Jaunty?

I need to compile from source a 3.5.10 app on Kubuntu 9.04. Does anyone know which Kubuntu packages contain the corresponding kde3.5 devel libraries? The list of kde packages in synaptic is pretty uninformative, googling was even less helpful.

- Some of the KDE 3 packages have been dropped.
- What tells config.log ? What is missing ?

Thanks for the links. What threw me off track is that the KDE 3.5 libraries are actually contained in the Kdelibs4-devel package. I had wrongly assumed that package contained the kde4 libs.
