Blocked updates in Updater?

Just installed Kubuntu 9.04 using WUBI.
Went to Updater, I have 6 blocked updates - 5 relating to kernel, and 1 for Amarok.
There seems to be no way to either unblock them, or "hide" them in the updater.

Anyone got any help for me on this?

Open a konsole

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
