"Guest User" Setup

Have looked everywhere and cannot find how to set up a 'Guest User Account' at login.
Is it possible to do this and if so, how?

You want to add a user. The new user's name is "guest". When I do that, his password is also "guest".

In the Konsole you can get information with

man useradd

There is a gui program called kuser which may help you also.
