Hi all,
In the last week or so, I've begun to have issues with file saving or attaching in Jaunty: in Thunderbird (2.0.0.23), attempting to 'save as', 'detach' or 'attach' files will crash the program, whereas opening attachments works fine. In Firefox (3.5.2), same problem, I can't upload files or save them as, it crashes Firefox. In Inkscape, same problem again with 'save as', crash. OpenOffice can 'save as', same with Freemind ... It seems like for Thunderbird, Firefox and Inkscape, bringing up a directory choice box crashes them How bizarre ...
Further information: when launching kmail, or when attempting to attach/upload files in Konqueror, I get a prompt to open Kwallet. Is there any way Kwallet may be interfering with the non-KDE apps?
Any idea/insight would be much welcome.
Cheers,
