This is really strange. All the programs in my system settings do absolutely nothing when clicked on the icon. All other programs on the system from the k menu work. I have restarted, logged out, back in several times, nothing happens in system settings. What could have happened?

Just to get teh silly out of the way, you are double clicking on them, right?
Otherwise, I guess run an update and see if that helps... you running 4.3 out of teh ppa? Edit: Looking at your sig answers that I guess. -

I'm set to only single click but I tried double and nothing. I did a reinstall of system settings and that didn't work either.
