I bought three months ago an ACER Aspire One D150 0Bk.
I installed Kubuntu Jaunty and Karmic. I works fine but I got the same bug when closing and reopening the screen.
The screen stays black but when moving the mouse or hitting a key, I see very briefly the KDE desktop.
I try to solve this problem by killing kdm and relaunching the X server by startx but it failed.
The only solution to fix this problem is to restart the PC.
Is it something known? For that time, I found nothing similar on Internet.
I will search in the log files but I have no idea of the source of the problem: KDE bug, ACPI, kernel, others…
