Poker Videos:software suggestions?

I am interested in making a few videos of myself playing online Poker. Any recommendations for any software to help me do this? (I run Pokerstars in WINE). Thanks in advance.

I always wanted to learn that, and never had the time. How about a self-consistent learning experience: learnhow to screencast, using a screencast:

Of the ones I've tried "recordmydesktop" gives the smoothest playback with the minimal amount of frame skipping.
