I have kubuntu 9.04 and kde 4.2.

I try to find the icons that I have in the desktop. I think that the icons are really files, but I don't know what path are located.

Could you help me?

Try looking for files with a .desktop extension in your home folder. Open a terminal and type the following from your home folder...

find . -type f -name '*.desktop' -print

I can't tell you what desktop files pertain to the icons on your desktop. The KDE administration documentation is lagging behind development. An educated guess is ~/.local/applications/share
