OK, problem solved after a long time and after many experiments.
What I did:
Downloaded the flash plugin (32bits) from Adobe.
Extracted it with ark. Went to the folder usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin and copy the file libflashplayer.so to /home/.mozilla/plugins
And it worked
