Problems with GPG key's and dependances

So I updated yesterday only to have my plasma broke and KDE unusable. I have been on this forum a lot in the last 16 hours trying all the fixes and nothing works I keep getting errors and It says that i need PUBLIC KEY but i dont know how to do that. If anyone could help explain how to do this-
Users of our stable 9.04 release can install it from the Kubuntu Backports PPA.

    deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/backports/ubuntu jaunty main

It is strongly recommended that you verify the integrity of these packages by installing the archive's GPG key. You may do this by saving the PUBLIC KEY BLOCK available from this page Which is this link http://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371/pk...36CB0A8AC93F7A to a file and importing it from the authentication tab in KPackageKit's software sources window.

Maybe that will help me out. All other suggestions are welcome.

Also when i try to do sudo apt-get -f install I end up getting this error message
    Errors were encountered while processing:
    /var/cache/apt/archives/kdebase-workspace-bin_4%3a4.3.0-0ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa4_amd64.deb
    E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

    Run the script here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1056099

Copy and Paste into your Terminal. Don't type!

Hey thanks for the response but...
      I tried it entered this

      sudo apt-get install libhtml-parser-perl libio-socket-ssl-perl
      and got this

libhtml-parser-perl is already the newest version.
You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
      kdebase-workspace-bin: Depends: kdebase-workspace-data (= 4:4.2.2-0ubuntu2) but 4:4.3.0-0ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa4 is to be installed
libio-socket-ssl-perl: Depends: libnet-ssleay-perl (>= 1.35) but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: libnet-libidn-perl but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

...alternatively save the key. Then open Synaptic>Settings>Repositories>Authentication Tab>Import Key ...and navigate to where you have saved the key...

Re: Problems with GPG key's and dependances

            1) Highlight the key, the bit between (including) the two dashed lines. Right click. Choose Copy

            2) Open Kate. Alt+F2 type kate. Right Click. Choose Paste.

            3) Choose Save As. Call the file anything you like. I chose to call it "Fred"

            4) Open Synaptic and do as before. Navigate to the file/"Fred"
