I'm running 9.04 and preparing to do some cross-platform development between Windoze and Linux that involves a SQLite3 DB. As best I can tell (I'm new to SQLite), the only version of SQLite3 I can find for Windoze is the latest stable version - 3.6.16. On the Linux side, apt-get wants to install 3.6.10. Frankly, I'd like to go with the latest version (3.6.16) on the Linux side as well. Is there a repository that I can point apt at to get more recent version of SQLite3? FWIW, I seem to be running into compatibility issues when I open a DB created under 3.6.16 in 3.6.10. This doesn't surprise me, but I had hoped that it wouldn't give me trouble.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
