Okay, sorry if everybody already knows this, but I've just found a little KDE trick that I didn't know about, and which I'm going to find very useful.
If you view the desktop grid (ctrl-F8 by default) and right-click on any window, it will instantly be shown on all your desktops. If you then right-click the window again, it will only show on one desktop (whichever you clicked on).
Oooh, I'm so excited I found that. Any chance to invoke the desktop grid as often as possible, preferably when other people are looking...
