No Public key question (Solved)

I'm getting this key question. How do I fix it please? I did the apt-get update but it did nothing.

Or just to get the missing key u can copy n past this line in the konsole

sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com D739676F7613768D

Thank you baucha. Now will this work for every key needed. Just change the key to the one needed at the end?
