Fresh jaunty with kde 3

Hi guys, please help. I installed Jaunty with kde3 because I need faster kde than 4. Anyway.

My problem is:
In regional anf language settings there is US English installed.

I want to install a new language so I press Install new language and i get error "Command not found".
I have this error even if I click other two buttons.

Do you have the sources.list correctly set up?

Also, it may help to select the corresponding internationalization package, say "kde-i18n-es", etc.
