An Internal system error - system settings

Hi All,

Today I have upgraded my system to 9.04. Now I have tried to install plugins for Gimp. I have received the following message.

"A problem that we were not expecting has occurred.
Please report this bug with the error description.

Details

The backend took too much time to process the synchronous request - you need to fork!"

Where I have to report this bug? How to resolve this?

I tried this afternoon to report a different bug and the site was not working; quite unusual.

Your trying to install plugins for Gimp certainly gave an unusual result. Strange.

I couldn't find any other references to problems installing plugins in gimp recently.
