    [SOLVED] How to install Go-OO?

Hi guys, I would like to install Go-oo to improve my openoffice.
I found some rpm files, but there are whole bunch of them.
Should I install all of them?
I tried to install ooobasis3.1-sk-writer - converted to deb and then installed and this was successful. But what next? Writer is without change.

    thanks

        Re: How to install Go-OO?

I think they may be different. The default one seems to be the vanilla version.

If you look within your package manager you will probably have quite a few packages with openoffice in the title but not the package openoffice. org. According tto the Go-oo site installing that package will install their app.

        Looks worth a try actually.

          Re: How to install Go-OO?

Ubuntu's Openoffice packages are built with the additions that make up go-oo .So you already have go-oo's functionality. No need to install anything extra.
