How do I fix the panel?

I accidentally removed the section of the panel that has the volume control, network manager, etc. How do I put this back in KDE 4.2.4?

Edit: I figured it out! I have one application that is not showing though, only a blank space where it should be, how can I fix that?

I think you are looking for the system tray widget.

Right click on the panel -> add widgets.
Add the system tray widget from the list.
